Stop Smoking

The most important question you must honestly ask yourself is do I really want to stop smoking? if the answer is yes and you follow the instructions that I give to you then you will stop smoking.

How does it work?

For a start I'm sure you are tired of everybody stating the obvious that smoking is bad for you and I'm sure you already know the dangers. I will concentrate on the positive benefits of been a non-smoker.

When I hypnotise you I will use direct suggestion, indirect suggestion, metaphor, future pacing and guided imagery. I will also use ego strengthening suggestions so that you will believe that can stop smoking.

I will also show you how to hypnotise yourself to prevent you from smoking after the session and I will give you autosuggestions that you can practice to keep you on the right track and away from temptation!
